Things absolutey happen for a reason! Not to long ago, as I was trying to upload a file to my printer’s ftp, I kept getting disconnected…..for two days! At the end of the second day, feeling rather defeated I sat hopelessly looking over my file. I found a mistake! I fixed the mistake and tried one last time to upload……I almost cried when “Upload Complete” flashed across my screen! Wow!!! Was someone looking out for me or what! I think we all have these moments, and when we try to force things to happen we may miss out on hidden blessings and opportunities!

I have had to learn that the whole process of making the world fall in love with my books is very much like the creating and writing process…Every day a paragraph or maybe even just a sentence is being constructed and added to the story of my journey.

It is not a race, It is a beautiful process. Just as in writing, some days not much seems to flow, I write pages and pages that I later feed to my pet paper shredder. But then other days…WOW, magic happens! Those are the ones that we need to focus on!

Lets all slow down. . .savor every moment and enjoy the process of “our” stories being written right before our very eyes!
